“Prime class” CIP Service is offered at all airports operated by TAV Airports Holding through an unequaled CIP approach which enables personalized solutions. The aim of this program is to reduce the anxiety and stress before and after flights and save time by offering professional service, making customers feel unique and special.

Within the area of the Departure terminal guests will be greeted at the entrance of the terminal by a hostess, together with the porter to take the baggage, and carry it to the needed spot, moreover, passengers will be provided with any type of help while check-in and passport operations. Meanwhile, before the flight, the guests can spend their time at the CIP Lounge, details of which are described below, or shopping at the Duty-Free.

The service at the Arrivals terminal starts while the greeting by a CIP hostess/porter by the aircraft. Furthermore, there is the transfer from aircraft to the terminal via the special apron transportation. All passport, visa or custom procedures; luggage transport and carriage are managed by the CIP hostess and the porter correspondingly.
